I have been having the same conversation with builders, marketers, and engineers who are now shipping vibe-coded products. Most of these products are not random projects. They usually come from some form of market validation: people have seen adjacent products working, or they have felt the pain directly and built for themselves first.

The build part is no longer the surprise. The surprise is what happens after launch. You can share the product with friends and get your first few dozen users quickly, but that is rarely enough to become a durable business. The internet is crowded with products and flooded with low-quality AI output. Attention is scarce, and generic messaging disappears instantly.

The bottleneck is not “more content.” The bottleneck is whether you can speak clearly to the right audience: where they are, what language they use, and what outcome they actually care about.

That is why I have been leaning into content marketing and founder-led growth. It is difficult work. It forces you to clarify positioning in public, repeatedly, and tie storytelling to real usage. But it is also one of the few reliable ways to translate product capability into trust and adoption.

What I’ve Been Experimenting With

I have been building and testing distribution workflows using OpenClaw and the open-source Crowdlisten Marketing stack:

In practice, the workflow starts from material I already have, not fully synthetic generation. I might begin with long-form writing or video, then repurpose it into channel-specific formats. For text-first channels like X and LinkedIn, that means extracting sharper claims and reframing them for shorter attention windows. For TikTok and Instagram, it means clipping moments, editing pacing, and tightening captions around one clear idea.

A concrete pattern that has worked: use long-form source content, then let OpenClaw help identify high-signal meme moments. The system can trim clips, add captions, and format output in the CrowdListen style. Posting can be automated end-to-end, but I still publish manually because I want to keep human judgment in the final step.

PM for Agents: PRD Clarity and Agent-Workflow Fit

This is where the thesis connects back to product architecture.

CrowdListen as PM for Agents is about deciding what to build from evidence and turning that into agent-ready specs. CrowdListen as Marketer for Agents is about deciding how to package and distribute those capabilities as clear, testable narratives. One decides the work. The other decides how that work gets understood. The practical version is simple: if the PRD is not explicit about the agent workflow and the validation path, distribution becomes guesswork instead of an execution plan.

If these two layers are disconnected, teams ship features that never get adopted, or they market stories that the product cannot actually deliver. If they are connected, distribution becomes a continuation of product work instead of a separate function. Working Thesis (March 2)

As of March 2, my current view is that distribution intelligence will become a core layer for agent-native teams. Building speed keeps increasing. The differentiator is whether teams can continuously convert real audience signal into both product decisions and channel-native storytelling, without losing intent between those steps.

I am treating this as an active research track and will keep iterating on the workflow as I collect more evidence.
